These Terms of Service govern your use of SEO We Know's services, provided by SEO We Know, located at 11270 W Carlisle Rd, Frazeysburg, OH 43822, United States. By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If ordering on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
SEO We Know provides digital SEO services, all delivered online. Our current offerings include:
All deliverables are digital documents, spreadsheets, reports, or shared links. No physical goods are provided. Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
An order is confirmed when Stripe successfully processes your payment. By completing checkout, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to decline any order. If we decline your order, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store, view, or process your card details.
The scope of each engagement is defined by the package or service you select at checkout. Deliverables are limited to what is described in the relevant package description. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written agreement.
If your site is significantly larger or more complex than typical (e.g., a catalog with over 500,000 pages, multiple international domains), we may contact you before starting to confirm the scope is appropriate or propose an adjusted arrangement.

Delays caused by late or incomplete responses from your side extend the delivery timeline and are not grounds for a refund.

SEO We Know provides analysis, strategic recommendations, and optimization work based on established SEO principles. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Search engine rankings are determined by algorithms owned and operated by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.) entirely outside our control.
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables produced for your engagement become your property to use, modify, and share for your own business purposes. Our internal methodologies, scoring frameworks, templates, and processes remain the intellectual property of SEO We Know and are not transferred to clients.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties, publish identifiable case studies without your permission, or share your site data with competitors. We may reference anonymized aggregate outcomes in our marketing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO We Know's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost revenue, lost clients, or business interruption.
We encourage direct resolution. Contact us at hello@seoweknow.com before initiating any formal proceeding. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Muskingum County, Ohio.
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance.
