Honest answer: it depends on where you are starting. Sites with strong domain authority and good technical foundations can see meaningful movement in 30-60 days. Sites with penalties, crawl issues, or very low authority may take 90-180 days before rankings show consistent change. We tell you what to expect specifically for your situation during onboarding, not in vague promises.
No. Nobody who is being honest with you can guarantee specific rankings. Google's algorithm is controlled by Google, not us. What we guarantee is thorough work, documented recommendations based on real data, and transparent reporting. Our track record speaks through our case studies, not through contractual rank guarantees.
It depends on the service. For analysis and strategy services, we need Google Search Console access at minimum (View permission). For implementation services like schema markup or Core Web Vitals fixes, we may need CMS or developer access. We only request the minimum needed and we remove access after the project is complete.
Most of our work is project-based. You pay for a specific analysis, strategy, or implementation engagement, you receive a complete deliverable, and you decide what to do next. We do not lock you into a recurring monthly fee unless you specifically choose an ongoing reporting or monitoring add-on.
You can buy individual services. Each of our six services is available as a standalone engagement. Packages bundle multiple services together at a better combined price, but they are not required. If you know exactly what your site needs, a single service is the right choice.
Everything is delivered digitally by email. You receive PDF reports, spreadsheet files (.xlsx or Google Sheets), and in some cases screen recordings or annotated screenshots. We do not ship anything physical. Most standard services deliver within 8-12 business days from when we receive all required access and information.
At minimum: your website URL, your primary target location or markets, and Google Search Console access. We send a short onboarding form after your order that collects everything we need. Most clients complete it in under 10 minutes.
Yes. Penalty recovery is one of our six services. We distinguish between algorithmic impact (where your site was caught by an algorithm update) and manual actions (where Google's spam team issued a penalty notice). The diagnosis and recovery process differs significantly between the two, and we will tell you which you have before recommending next steps.
